Introduction & Wedding Consultation

This consultation is designed to help you kickstart the planning of your dream wedding. During the session, our expert wedding consultant will:

  • Guide you in setting a realistic budget.

  • Create a personalized checklist and timeline to keep you organized throughout the planning process.

  • Assist in selecting a theme, décor, and overall ambiance for your wedding.

  • Provide trustworthy vendor referrals in each category.

  • Recommend key questions to ask when meeting with vendors.

  • Address any questions you have about the planning process and wedding etiquette.

The consultation fee of $150 is complimentary when you book a package with us and will be credited toward your final payment. After your consultation, you’ll receive a customized quote for services and the opportunity to secure Imagination Events as your wedding planner.

Imagination events thank you so much! I have been so busy juggling my large family and work as of late that I had no time to focus and plan my oldest son‘s birthday. I am usually on top of all details and planning mode, but in the end, completely exhausted, and unable to say, I really enjoyed the party. A friend of mine recommended this beautiful team and I’m so glad she did because I was actually able to enjoy and be present celebrating for once! They exceeded my expectations. I sent so many emails and reached out calling them many times probably getting on their nerves, but they never made me feel anything other than well taken care of and heard. They did things I didn’t even ask for that brought the event even more to life, which was so beautiful and thoughtful. That shows they really take the time to envision what’s being asked of them. So many people raved about my son‘s party, and most of all he had the best time which made me very very happy. I was not exhausted the next day, which is so important to me right now. Letting this incredible team lead the way was the best decision I made, the just asked me to show up! Thank you Imagination Events!

Tannie was amazing! She was with me every step of the way for my wedding day. I hired her for wedding day decorating/coordination and she really came through!! She was on time (even though I wasn’t…lol) and she worked well with my other vendors to transform the spaces and make sure every part of the ceremony and reception flowed smoothly ❤️. She gets 5 stars and we are forever grateful!!

They went above and beyond and truly blew me away. I had a flood in my home and my basement (the event space) was destroyed. They miraculously still managed to black out my basement and make my sweet 16 better than I could’ve ever imagined!!

Imagination Events FAQ

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees) and the typical process for working with new customers?

 

Our company can work with most budgets, thanks to a partnering company that helps us ensure every customer can achieve their desired event experience. It’s essential to know your budget, including the maximum you’re willing to spend, especially when you go from “I like that” to “OMG I love it!”. We start by asking you to answer a few quick questions online (or by phone if preferred), and then we create a customized proposal with options. Typically, a 50% deposit secures your product creation, and for larger budgets or extended services, we also offer payment plans.

 

What tips would you offer to someone looking to hire an event planning and decor provider in your field?  

Be honest about your needs, your desires, and your budget. Don’t go broke for mediocrity, don’t try to have luxury on a dime, go big or stay home. :-). Make sure you connect with the person you hire, and sometimes that may not be the person with the cheapest offer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?


Customers should consider if they are looking for a professional with expertise or only asking for help to execute a vision or project. Professionals are committed to the work they do and are passionate about being creative in their field. This may help you set expectations for yourself and the pro. For example.. at Imagination Events, we do not set up customers' materials because we use commercial-grade or quality products and equipment. Sometimes there are exceptions if we are familiar with the products, but our clients still have the same expectation for results.... and we strive for excellence!
